Etienne Rocks SL is the organizer of OpenExpo, owner of this website and the person in charge of the file in which the personal data that we collect from people interested in the OpenExpo event and related activities are incorporated.<\/p>\n

The data provided by the owners themselves through the Eventbrite ticket sales platform, this website, by email or any other means of communication, will be incorporated into a personal file. Said file has been notified in the Data Protection Agency.<\/p>\n

The data we collect is processed in order to manage the possible participation of the person who provides them in OpenExpo, including the purchase of tickets, as well as to manage any other related information that you request with respect to the event. Likewise, the data will be processed to inform the owner of the same of other activities, new dates of ticket sales and activities related to OpenExpo. Information that will be facilitated through the sending of electronic communications. The owner of the data may unsubscribe from receiving such communications through the mechanism indicated in the communication itself, when he does not want to continue receiving news related to openexpo.<\/p>\n

The organization of the different Openexpo events and the sending of communications of activities related to the events, implies the need to send emails to all our users. The personal data that you provide may be communicated to the sponsoring companies and participants in the event, with which you have had a relationship, using an invitation code, visiting their stand, or participating in any of the event’s activities.<\/p>\n

Social networks<\/strong><\/p>\n

OpenExpo owns accounts in different social networks (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google +, etc.). The treatment we carry out of these data is the one that our own social networks allow us through their services. OpenExpo does not extract personal data from its followers and users, from such social networks. We use social networks to inform about our events and related services and to comply with the contracting conditions established by the companies that own the different social networks.<\/p>\n
