Anna Cejudo Mercado

Anna is a serial entrepreneur and speaker. In 2014, she co-founded Ideafoster, a disruptive innovation consultancy firm (later acquired by Canvia – Advent International Group -, in 2018). Today, she is the cofounder and coCEO of Founderz, empowering individuals and organizations to be unstoppable in the AI Era. In 2023, Anna was recognized by the Spanish Government as one of the Top 10 women-led startups in Spain and Top35 Women-in-tech by ForbesWomen in 2024. She’s also a patron of Female Startup Leaders association in Spain, empowering women in entrepreneurship and tech. She’s also a proud mother of three.
