Esto se debe a que <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>el car\u00e1cter descentralizado de Blockchain permite a los usuarios tener el control de sus datos.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa la tokenizaci\u00f3n de activos?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #27282d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Entendemos por tokenizaci\u00f3n de activos <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #27282d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>la fragmentaci\u00f3n de una propiedad en varias partes m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as.<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #27282d;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> Esta propiedad se divide en tokens utilizando una criptomoneda que pague dichos dividendos, tambi\u00e9n llamadas tokens de seguridad, que <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">se clasifican como contratos de inversi\u00f3n y est\u00e1n <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>sujetos a la normativa gubernamental<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Un ejemplo de esto ser\u00eda: un coche valorado en un mill\u00f3n de euros que podr\u00eda dividirse en 100 tokens de seguridad, por lo que cada token de seguridad representar\u00eda una participaci\u00f3n del 1 % en la propiedad y sus futuros flujos de efectivo, como el alquiler.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona la tokenizaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">En primer lugar,<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b> los activos del mundo real se trasladan a una cadena de bloques<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> y, posteriormente, los tokens de la blockchain pueden utilizarse para representar la propiedad o la participaci\u00f3n en estos activos en forma de protocolos descentralizados. La<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b> tokenizaci\u00f3n de los activos <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">automatiza una parte de este proceso, ahorrando dinero y tiempo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Los tokens de identidad<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">El token de identidad se autentifica con base en algo que se tiene como un art\u00edculo o un dispositivo f\u00edsico.
