Biography

Marta Beltrán is Electrical Engineer (UCM 2001), M.D. in Industrial Physics (UNED 2003) and Doctor in Computer Engineering (URJC 2005). She currently is an Associate Professor at the Rey Juan Carlos University (Madrid), where she has been working for more than fifteen years in distributed systems and cybersecurity, both in teaching and research. She is the co-founder of the Cybersecurity Cluster at her university, proxy of this group in the RENIC and director of a MOOC about Cybersecurity (URJCx and MiriadaX platforms), of the Master in Cybersecurity and Privacy (at Rey Juan Carlos University) and of the first Cybersecurity Engineering B.S. in Spain.
