Biography

TALAIA OpenPPM is the first opensource Project and Portfolio Management software being built according to the standards of the PMBOK and ISO 21500 standards. TALAIA OpenPPM provides a high and detailed view of all the projects, programs and portfolios and their related artefacts in real time and from any device connected to internet. It allows to controlling activities, milestones, resources etc and manage them in real time analysing possible deviations in cost, time, effort… and stablishing proactive mitigation actions.
The tool itself is flexible, easily configurable, highly customizable and intuitive enough to unshorten the learning curve of the users. We currently have clients in Banking & Finance, public sector, tourism, education and industry. It is a multisectorial and multi-company tool and it can be implemented in a small or very large company thanks to its flexibility and its scalability facilities. The multirole structure allows our customers to adapt the tool to their structure where in a collaborative framework all the involved users add value and improve the performance and the project delivery.
In TALAIA OpenPPM, we work every day to improve our software together with our customers and collaborators as per our continuous improvement culture. We make the tool evolve and grow by generating new versions with the latest functionalities to make our tool become one of the best PPM tools in the Free Software market.
OpenPPM has already achieved over 40,000 downloads since the tool was born in 2011 and we have helped more than 1,500 users all over the globe through the added-value services we offer to accompany them in the implementation process.
TALAIA OpenPPM was founded by SM2 Software & Services Management, a company with more than 150 employees and more than 25 years of project management experience. Great professionals are part of the TALAIA team with a great track record in the Project Management world, where Project Managers, programmers, architects, analysts and account directors are involved.
