TALAIA OpenPPM is the first opensource Project and Portfolio Management software being built according to the standards of the PMBOK and ISO 21500 standards. TALAIA OpenPPM provides a high and detailed view of all the projects, programs and portfolios and their related artefacts in real time and from any device connected to internet. It allows to controlling activities, milestones, resources etc and manage them in real time analysing possible deviations in cost, time, effort… and stablishing proactive mitigation actions.
The tool itself is flexible, easily configurable, highly customizable and intuitive enough to unshorten the learning curve of the users. We currently have clients in Banking & Finance, public sector, tourism, education and industry. It is a multisectorial and multi-company tool and it can be implemented in a small or very large company thanks to its flexibility and its scalability facilities.
