Biography
I believe in technology’s power to transform organizations into more effective organisms, uniting human and technical resources to catapult growth. I’m a performance-driven leader with 17 years of experience in creating and leading high-performance teams and transformation programs in the finance, technology and education industries in close collaboration with 16 countries. My competencies are people, budget, change and stakeholder management, program delivery and digital transformation.
As a leader, I seek to create an open environment where people are encouraged to speak their mind and take initiatives. I also focus on the growth of my team, which translates into very low attrition. I’m a life-long self-learner with a creative mindset, looking to merge my passions and my work.
