Biography
Astor Nummelin Carlberg works as a Senior Policy Adviser for OpenForum Europe in Brussels, responsible for policy development and advocacy. Lately, he has run the SaveCodeshare.eu-campaign, aimed at protecting Free and Open Source software from the EU’s Copyright Directive. Before joining OFE, he was an Accredited Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament. He has extensive experience of European policy making processes, communications and network-building, and a keen interest in how open technologies can solve Europe’s digital challenges.
