David Cervera Olivares

Technology teacher. He has held various academic leadership positions, such as Deputy Head in Secondary Education and as an Education Advisor for the Regional Ministry of Education of the Community of Madrid. He is currently Technical Counsellor for the International Department of the National Institute of Educational Evaluation, in charge of the relationships with international organisations related to external evaluations: OECD, AIE and EU.
He is the author of various books on Technology and numerous articles in specialized publications, having been Deputy Director of Innovation Programmes since 2015.
