Gaël Musquet is an opensource and opendata hacktivist. He’s spokesman of OpenStreetMap France and founder of the Crisis management NGO: HAND – Hackers Against Natural Disasters-
He’s gathering technical volunteers serving natural disasters prevention and supporting technical exchanges between institutions, firms, and citizens communities. As a bad weather observer, maps and hamradio amateur he’s driving technical experiments dedicated to civil security and collective intelligence.
