Biography
Javier Lucas is a Computer Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, where he worked for 7 years as a public employee in the area of development of solutions in the field of the Secretary of State for Energy and the Web Development Area in charge of developments in the framework of the fields of Digital Communication, Transparency, Electronic Headquarters, Parliamentary Advisory and Reuse of Public Sector Information in the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism and the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda. the responsibility of the Exploitation and Cybersecurity Areas within the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, directing projects for the implementation of new solutions, procedures and security management models.
