Civil Servant since 1987, currently an official of the Higher Body of Information Systems and Technologies of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha, where I am Head of the Digital Boost Department in Castilla-La Mancha from the Directorate General of Telecommunications and New Technologies in the Ministry of Development.

Graduate in Law from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, where I have also completed postgraduate studies in Information and Communication Technology Security and specialization in Networks and Communications Services. Master in Public Management and Administration by the Ortega y Gasset University Research Institute. University Expert in Transparency and Good Governance by the UNED.
