Rafael Gil Horrillo

Rafael Gil is Mining Engineer by Univ. Politécnica of Madrid and Executive MBA by Instituto de Empresa Business School. He worked for 8 years for Accenture, in the Retail area. In 2003 become IT & Organization Director in Grupo Boyacá, where, in 2012 launched yupick!, a start up focus in drop points for eCommerce. From 2012 to 2018 he worked as CIO in Avanza (Mobility ADO), first private mobility operator in Spain (bus, subway, tramway, bicycles, scooters, …). In 2019 he joined the Digital Transformation Office of Mobility ADO, as Technical Officer.
