Rubén García Plaza

Ruben Garcia Plaza is Data Engineer part of the Algorithm Engineering group at Instituto de Ingeniería del Conocimiento (IIC). He holds a MSc in Big Data and Analytics in Datahack School (2017) , a Bachelor’s degree in Business Sciences (2012) and Associate Degree in Computer Science (2000).

For more than 15 years he has worked as IT consultant specialized in Telco area for important consulting firms such as IT Deusto, Capgemini ans GFI. He has participated in several projects related to mobile billing systems, fraud detection and financial risk management in which he has developed programming and analysis work, advanced application support and service delivery management. At IIC he has specialized in Big Data Architectures, cloud computing and machine learning.
