Silvia Barrera

Silvia Barrera is a computer security and cyber-intelligence researcher and independence consultor. She is Police Inspector and she has been working in High Tech Crime Unit of Spanish National Police for 15 years leading the social network and cyber intelligence investigation group and Digital Forensic Department. He was a member of working groups in EUROPOL and INTERPOL. She is cyber-research and cybercrime trainer in different universities and regular speaker at cybersecurity events, writer and collaborator of the Atresmedia Digital blog, “Internet, The City of Law”, winner of the Police Foundation Award for the best research blog in 2016 and author of the book “Keys of Research in Social Networks”, winner of the best learning book of the Editorial Círculo Rojo in 2017.
