Biography
Eng. Instructor Hanny Valdés Hernández graduated fromEngineering in Computer Science in 2013 at the University ofComputer Science. He joined the work in the Operating SystemDepartment where he played different roles (planner projectmanager team leader) during the development process of theCuban Distribution of GNU / Linux Nova in its Light Desktop andServer variants from version 5 to 8.He currently serves as a senior Specialist and Head of the Centerline of Operating Systems Free (CESOL) in where he overseesguides and controls the development of the OS Nova for itsalternative Servers customizations to the extent the developmentof applications for mobile devices with Android OS themanagement of telecommunication services and the processes ofmigration training and diagnosis for the computerization of cubansociety.She is a professor at Faculty 1 in the Computer Science career hastaught the subjects of Mathematics I and Computer ProjectManagement as well as is part of the faculty that teaches theMigration training courses and Free Office of the CESOL center.He has participated in different scientific-technical events presentingthe advances and solutions he has worked on to name a fewexamples are Informatica 2022 in Havana OpenExpo Europe 2021virtual in Madrid and CONSOL 2019 in Mexico.
