Biography

Telecommunications engineer by the University of Valladolid.
After two years in the Private Sector she entered the Public Service, shere she has held different positions, in the Social Security Department, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Presidency.
She is currently working as Head of Area in the General Secretariat of Digital Administration of the Ministry of Finance and Civil Service, where she carries out functions related to the elaboration and implementation of the Digital Transformation process in the central administration, coordinating an interministerial working group for The implementation of the Plan for the Digital Transformation of the central administration and a working group with the Autonomous Communities for the definition of common criteria in the implementation of the digital transformation regulations. He is also responsible for the Open Data Project in the Public Sector and promotion of its reuse, as well as representative in several working groups of the European Commission in the matter of semantic interoperability.
It is also part of several international working groups, the EC and the OECD in Open Data and digital Administration, leading an OECD subgroup on transparency and the use of citizens’ data by Administrations.
