Biography
Diego Azorin is the Country Manager of Bigbank in Spain since July 2017. He has more than 18 years’ experience in technology, innovation and financial services. He has previously held senior positions at a number of leading multinational organizations including Cetelem, Evo Finance, Bankinter and 4finance. From his position he is leading launch of new products in Spain, such as Green Loan, oriented to finance acquisition of sustainable products, and entering into several partnerships with Fintech companies, such as Fintonic or BNeXT. Azorin is a strong advocate for innovation thinking and culture. He believes in new way of doing banking, through technology and transparency, giving power to the customer.
Bigbank AS is a specialized credit bank established in 1992 in Tartu, Estonia and now operates in 9 European countries.
