Co-Founder at The Agile Program. CEO & Agile Consultant at Enciende la Luz. Agile evolutionary processes designer and trainer. Passionate about success, I live every project in which I participate. Entrepreneur since long time ago, I have clear that the path to success lays on liberty, responsibility and compromise with others.
At the university I have studied Business Administration and Computer Science. Day by day I continue getting trained. I have studies on Coaching (Coaching with DBM, PNL Practitioner, Agile Coaching), Kanban Systems Design, Lean Change Management, Management 3.0 and SAFe Agilist, among other Scrum Alliance trainings.
As part of the Spanish Agile community, I have been an Agile Spain chair, have organized more than 20 events in Spain, as Big Agile Open Space.
