Biography

Computer Systems Engineer with Specialization in Networks and Telecommunications; Lecturer Researcher of the Autonomous University of Zacatecas and Coordinator of the Free Software Laboratory of the Zacatecan Council of Science, Technology and Innovation of the State Government of Zacatecas.

Currently related to strategic free software projects in Zacatecas and Mexico:
• Leader of the Internet Laboratory of Things in COZCyT
• General Coordinator of the Network of Innovation Laboratories
• Advisor of Contents in Free Software for Campus Party Mexico from 2013 to 2017
• Academic Committee. Congress of Computing and Telecom. COMTEL Peru 2015 and 2016
• Responsible for the Free Software Project of the Government of the State of Zacatecas.
• General Coordinator of FLISOL in Zacatecas
• Founder and General Coordinator of the National Free Software Forum
• Founder and Coordinator of the International Congress of Free Software in Zacatecas.
